My Heart will speak

My eyes cannot say enough with their tears,
My mouth cannot speak the words so clear,
Master! So my heart for you will speak,
With my hand when they meet,
In Matam! The reciter, cries out your name,
Ya Hussain! Ya Hussain! Ya Hussain! Ya Hussain!
Each time reciting faster.
As the beating of my heart quickens at the sound of the name of its Master.
I strike my heart harder every time,
protesting against the oppressors' wretched crime.
With every strike I hear my heart loudly speak,
It says what my eyes cannot say when I weep!
It shouts! in a way that my mouth cannot scream!
HUSSAIN! HAL MIN NASRIN YANSURANA!
HAL MIN THABBIN YATHUBU AN HARAME RASULALLAH!
These words echo within my heart!
Ya Hussain, from you we cannot bear to be apart!
So our emotions we personify,
They become more than screams & cries.
Because with our hands touching our hearts we testify,
to the Truth!
Which is Faitma, her father, her husband your brother & you.

Jazakallah Sister for such beautiful words. Mashallah, what an amazing way to describe the act of Matam.

May Allah increase your reward, and may He continue to shower His special blessings upon you.

I guess, i saw that poem on fb and commented there, thats why i had a doubt that it also looks like yours. I am so much touched by your words and this is what out we need to feel so that we can act like Hadhrat Mukhtar inshaAllah.

Jazaki Allah khair for your wishes. May my ziyartat really be accepted. ameen

Mashallah. It's heavenly. I know that the words wouldn't have come out beautifully if Imam Hussain (a.s.) didn't want them to.

Great. Great. Great. May you get everything that you want from Allah (swt)
